Pay monthly, and come more often
A membership plan spreads the cost of your dental care across the year instead of asking for it a visit at a time. Your routine examinations and hygiene appointments are covered by the monthly payment, and everything else is charged at a lower fee than the pay-as-you-go price.
There are three plans and no small print about which one you qualify for: one for adults, one for children aged eight to twelve, and a free one for children under eight while a parent attends.
The reason we offer them is simple: patients on a plan come in regularly. Problems are found while they are still small and cheap to fix, rather than years later when they are neither. That is better dentistry and, over time, it costs less.

Fees shown against an associate dentist unless stated. A single crown saves more than six months of the adult plan; a veneer saves more than ten.
What the plan does not reduce
Most practices leave this out. We would rather you knew before you joined than after.

Orthodontics, composite bonding and the initial implant or orthodontic consultation are charged at the same fee whether or not you are a member. Tooth whitening and direct access hygiene sit outside the plan as well.
Cover when you are away from home
Every plan includes worldwide dental accident and emergency cover. Most people think about travel insurance before going abroad and never think about it for a weekend in Cornwall — but a tooth broken on an olive stone does not much care where you are.
If you have a dental emergency away from home, the cover tells you where to go and what you are entitled to. If you are at home, you simply call us.
Joining
You can join at any appointment, or ask us before you book. We will tell you which plan fits how often you actually need to be seen — there is no advantage to us in putting you on a bigger plan than you need.
If you would rather pay per visit, that is completely fine, and every fee is published on the fees page.

I cannot recommend Dr Saara more highly. She took the time to patiently explain every aspect of the procedure, highlighting honestly where discomfort could be expected and how it was being minimised. She patiently laid out the options with transparency about cost and impact- short and long term. But overall it’s the fact that she genuinely cares and wants the time in the dentist chair to feel good and for you to come away feeling cared for. I can’t thank her enough.

Absolutely outstanding care at Barrington Dental Care practice. I came in for removal of some teeth, invisalign and implantation and I am thrilled with the outcome. From reception to treatment, everyone was so professional and kind. The principal dentist Monder is exceptionally skilled, a true perfectionist - professional, honest about what would work best, and very gentle throughout. Monder explained everything clearly, made me feel completely at ease and reassuring. The whole process took around two years with a fantastic result. I can’t recommend Barrington Dental highly enough. My dentist, Rachel, is fantastic. I’ve always had some anxiety about going to the dentist following some bad experiences as a child, but Rachel has been brilliant at putting me at ease. I always feel comfortable and well looked after during my appointments.
Heidi, the hygienist, is also excellent and provides the same high level of care and attention to detail.
The whole team really went above and beyond during the COVID pandemic too. I needed antibiotics at the time and, rather incredibly, they were ultimately hand-delivered to my home address. That level of care and personal service really says a lot about the practice and the people who work there.
The service is genuinely 10/10, but what I appreciate most is that you get the impression they are incredibly thorough and genuinely care about getting things right, rather than simply rushing you through an appointment.
